PLM Configuration Manager - Remote

Experience in PLM Configuration Management, Engineering Change Management, or Product Configuration Management.
Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM or a comparable enterprise PLM solution.
Strong understanding of Engineering Change Requests, Change Orders, Change Actions, CCB workflows, and release processes.
Experience managing complex BOMs, product structures, parts, revisions, and configuration-controlled engineering data.
Working knowledge of BOM where-used analysis, effectivity, product variants, alternates, supersessions, and part lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of configuration management, revision control, product baselines, traceability, and engineering release governance.
Ability to coordinate multiple engineering changes and work effectively across Engineering, Quality, Product, and PLM teams.
Experience troubleshooting Teamcenter workflows, data-quality issues, approval routes, and product-structure inconsistencies.
Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a complex, process-driven, and highly regulated engineering environment.
