Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of application features to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to promote understanding and effective project delivery.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
Experience in application design and configuration within enterprise content management environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex application challenges.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
