CNC Programmer – Cabinet Vision

ABOUT THE ROLE
F5 Global Talent is hiring an experienced CNC Programmer with advanced Cabinet Vision expertise to support a kitchen and residential cabinet manufacturing operation.
You’ll take cabinet projects through the full production-programming workflow in Cabinet Vision — configuring assemblies, construction methods, materials, joinery, and hardware, then generating accurate CNC-ready files including cut lists, part lists, nests, drilling patterns, and routing operations.
This is a production programming role — not a cabinet design, drafting, or general CAD position. You’ll be responsible for making sure each programmed job is manufacturable, material-efficient, accurate, and ready for the shop floor.
You’ll also troubleshoot Cabinet Vision and CNC machining issues and work directly with designers, engineers, production staff, and CNC operators when something needs to be corrected before production.
This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in India, working U.S. business hours.
IMPORTANT: At least 3 years of hands-on Cabinet Vision experience in a cabinet or millwork manufacturing environment is required. You must have personally prepared jobs for CNC production. Experience limited to drafting, design, or general CAD work is not sufficient.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Program kitchen and residential cabinet projects end to end in Cabinet Vision
• Configure cabinet assemblies, construction methods, materials, joinery, and hardware
• Generate CNC-ready production files including cut lists, part lists, nesting layouts, drilling patterns, and routing operations
• Prepare Cabinet Vision jobs for CNC production and release
• Review programmed jobs for manufacturability before they reach production
• Optimize nesting and material utilization to reduce waste
• Read and interpret cabinet drawings, shop drawings, and manufacturing specifications
• Troubleshoot Cabinet Vision programming and CNC machining issues
• Identify production problems before they reach the shop floor
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, production staff, and CNC operators to ensure jobs are accurate and production-ready
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 3+ years of hands-on Cabinet Vision experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Advanced or professional-level Cabinet Vision proficiency
• Hands-on CNC programming experience
• Kitchen cabinet, millwork, or custom cabinetry manufacturing experience
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction, including frameless and face-frame construction
• CNC machining knowledge
• Experience generating cut lists and production documentation
• Strong nesting and material-optimization skills
• Knowledge of cabinet hardware and machining requirements
• Experience preparing Cabinet Vision jobs for actual CNC production
• Ability to read and interpret cabinet drawings, shop drawings, and manufacturing specifications
• Experience troubleshooting Cabinet Vision programming and CNC-production issues
• Strong attention to detail and production accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Availability to work U.S. business hours
NICE TO HAVE
• Hands-on CNC router experience
• Cabinet Vision library or configuration-management experience
• Knowledge of post-processors and Cabinet Vision CNC output
• Experience with automated cabinet-manufacturing workflows
• CAD or related design-software experience
• Direct experience with a kitchen cabinet manufacturer, millwork company, or custom cabinetry manufacturer
• Experience optimizing sheet layouts and material utilization
• Experience with residential kitchen projects
• Familiarity with common cabinet-hardware systems
