Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement discovery sessions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims implementations.
Create process flows, use cases, business rules, and requirements documentation.
Collaborate with Agile teams during backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and production enhancements.
Analyze system impacts and identify process improvement opportunities.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
7+ years of Business Analysis experience within the Insurance industry.
Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy Administration, Billing, or Claims.
Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance processes.
Expertise in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and documentation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Preferred Skills
Duck Creek implementation experience.
Exposure to Duck Creek Author, Product Studio, and Configuration tools.
Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD).
Knowledge of Guidewire or other core insurance platforms.
Experience with APIs, integrations, and data mapping.
Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $80,000 - $100,000/Annum
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
