Position Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Integration Consultant to join our team for a SAP Vistex project. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite / SAP CPI and should be capable of designing, developing, monitoring, and supporting interfaces between SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and third-party systems. You will work closely with functional teams, middleware teams, and business users to deliver reliable integration solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Design, develop and support interfaces between SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud systems and third-party systems.
Develop and implement integration flows using SAP BTP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
Configure and manage APIs, IDOCs, SOAP, REST, OData and SFTP-based integrations.
Perform interface monitoring, error handling, message reprocessing and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with functional teams, middleware teams and business users to understand integration requirements.
Implement security configurations including certificates, OAuth, principal propagation and connectivity setups.
Support deployment activities, transport management and production issue resolution.
Work with SAP Cloud Connector for secure connectivity between on-premise/private cloud systems and BTP.
Participate in technical design discussions and integration architecture reviews.
Prepare technical specifications, interface mapping documents and support documentation.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and integration standards.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite / SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
Experience with SAP Cloud Connector.
Experience with IDOC and RFC/BAPI integrations.
Experience with SOAP Web Services, REST APIs and OData Services.
Experience with SFTP / file-based integrations.
Experience with XML and JSON mappings.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
Experience in interface monitoring, message reprocessing, error analysis and production support.
Experience with certificates, OAuth, principal propagation and secure connectivity.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with SAP Vistex integrations.
Experience with API Management.
Experience with integration architecture and technical design.
Experience with BTP transport and deployment management.
