Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field or higher with relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP Vistex Consultant with strong expertise in rebates, incentives, pricing, and chargebacks management integrated with SAP SD, MM and FI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, implementing and supporting SAP Vistex solutions. The consultant will work closely with business users, functional teams and technical teams to deliver effective Vistex solutions and support end-to-end business processes.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Configure and implement SAP Vistex modules including Rebates & Incentives Administration, Billbacks / Chargebacks, Pricing Agreements and Sales Commissions.
Integrate SAP Vistex with SAP SD, MM and FICO modules.
Define and configure master data, agreements and pricing procedures.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Vistex solutions.
Design rebate agreements, incentive schemes and chargeback processes.
Support end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) processes involving Vistex.
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Vistex-related issues.
Analyze and resolve rebate calculation issues, settlement discrepancies and pricing errors.
Handle incident, problem and change management activities.
Work with ABAP teams for enhancements, user exits, BADIs and interfaces including IDOCs and APIs.
Support integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC systems.
Prepare Functional Specifications and other functional documentation.
Perform unit testing and integration testing and provide support during UAT.
Assist with cutover and go-live activities.
Maintain configuration documents, process flows and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and financial controls.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Must-Have Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Vistex implementation, configuration and support.
Strong knowledge of Rebates & Incentives Administration.
Experience with Billbacks / Chargebacks.
Experience with Pricing Agreements and pricing processes.
Experience with Sales Commissions.
Strong integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM and FI/FICO.
Experience in designing and configuring Vistex agreements and incentive schemes.
Strong understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
Experience in L2/L3 production support and AMS activities.
Experience troubleshooting rebate calculations, settlements and pricing issues.
Experience working with ABAP teams on enhancements, User Exits, BADIs, IDOCs and APIs.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC integration.
Experience preparing Functional Specifications.
Experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing and UAT support.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience in SAP Vistex implementation and rollout projects.
Experience in cutover and go-live activities.
Experience with configuration documentation, process flows and SOP preparation.
Knowledge of audit requirements and financial controls.
Experience working in an AMS / production support environment.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional SAP and business teams.
