The Mendix, Python & AI Solutions Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable, user-focused business applications. This role involves integrating Generative AI and AI-powered capabilities into enterprise workflows while building robust Python backend services. Responsibilities include: Developing Mendix domain models, microflows, nanoflows, and workflows; creating REST APIs and automation scripts; ensuring application quality through testing and debugging; and collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and cybersecurity teams to deliver effective solutions. The developer will also support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and maintain technical documentation. Required qualifications include 3–5 years of software engineering or automation experience, with 1–3 years of hands-on Mendix experience. Candidates should be proficient in Python, REST APIs (FastAPI or Flask preferred), and database technologies like PostgreSQL or Oracle. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Experience with API authentication, version control (Git/GitHub), and Agile delivery practices is required. The role is based in Pune and requires on-site presence.
