Custom Software Engineer

Project Role: Custom Software Engineer. The role involves developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will build enterprise-grade GenAI applications, intelligent search solutions, Agentic AI workflows, and scalable data processing pipelines. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining AI-powered applications, leveraging LLMs and Natural Language Interfaces, optimizing RAG and Text-to-SQL systems, and integrating AI models with enterprise applications. You will also contribute to architecture decisions and mentor team members. Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, including 4+ years of Python development and 2+ years of AI-GenAI-RAG and LLM application development. Educational requirement is 15 years of full-time education. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LlamaIndex, MCP, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and microservices architecture.
