Senior Backend Engineer - Gen AI

Corridor Platforms is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru to work on their Risk Decisioning Platform. This role focuses on building and orchestrating scalable backend services that automate, optimize, and monitor high-value credit and risk decisions in real time. Responsibilities: Architect, develop, and maintain backend components for the Risk Decisioning Platform. Integrate with ORM layers like SQLAlchemy and multi-RDBMS solutions (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL) to ensure data integrity, scalability, and compliance. Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and QA teams to create extensible APIs, workflow automation, and AI governance features. Architect workflows for privacy, auditability, versioned traceability, and role-based access control. Take ownership of the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment. Requirements: 3-8 years of experience. Proficiency in Python, SQLAlchemy, and SQL databases. Experience developing scalable backend services, including API, data orchestration, ML workflows, and workflow automation. Solid understanding of data modeling, distributed systems, and backend architecture for regulated environments. Experience mentoring junior developers. Technical Skills: Python 3.9+, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Flask, Celery, Marshmallow, Apache Spark, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Redis, pytest, Docker, Git, Nx. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring tools like OpenTelemetry is preferred.
