B2B Sales Representative (SEO and Digital Marketing Services)

We're hiring a B2B sales representative in the Philippines to sell SEO and digital marketing services to business clients.
What you will be doing
Prospecting and reaching out to business owners, founders, and marketing managers
Running discovery calls to understand a prospect's website, traffic, competitors, and current marketing spend
Explaining our services credibly, including what results look like and how long they realistically take
Building proposals and pricing that match what the client genuinely needs
Handling objections on cost, timelines, and previous agency disappointments
Closing deals and handing accounts to the delivery team with clean notes
Keeping the CRM pipeline accurate so forecasts mean something
Following up persistently through long B2B cycles without going quiet or becoming a nuisance
Hitting monthly pipeline and closing targets
Must-haves
Based in the Philippines, working remotely
Experience selling SEO, digital marketing, or web services, and able to talk about the work rather than only the price
Comfortable with organic search, keywords, backlinks, technical SEO, local SEO, and paid ads as conversation topics
A B2B sales track record you can walk us through: typical deal size, close rate, and sales cycle length
Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear phone and video presence
Comfortable with outbound prospecting, not only working inbound leads
Confident on video calls with owners and decision makers
Disciplined in a CRM, with a pipeline that stays current without reminders
Reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection, plus a power backup for outages

Honest with prospects about what SEO can and cannot deliver, because overselling costs us the account later
