Senior Creative Director

The driving force behind the agency’s creative vision, the Creative Director translates client briefs and business objectives into powerful, integrated creative ideas across 360° marketing channels. The role involves leading a talented team of copywriters, designers, video editors, and other creative professionals to develop impactful campaigns across digital, social media, ATL, BTL, OOH, activations, print, video, and other brand touchpoints.
The Creative Director works closely with strategists, account managers, and operations teams to ensure every campaign is on-brand, on-message, creatively strong, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Interpret client briefs and business objectives into effective creative strategies, concepts, and campaign ideas..
• Develop and lead 360° creative campaigns across digital, social media, ATL, BTL, OOH, print, video, activations, and other marketing platforms..
• Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions, encouraging innovative and culturally relevant ideas..
• Lead and collaborate with copywriters, designers, video editors, and other creative specialists to deliver high-quality work..
• Oversee the creation of campaign concepts, scripts, designs, videos, key visuals, ad creatives, OOH creatives, presentations, and other brand communication assets..
• Ensure creative ideas are consistent across different media and customer touchpoints while adapting them appropriately for each platform..
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and creative direction throughout the production process..
• Maintain strong brand consistency, visual language, messaging, and storytelling across all campaigns..
• Work closely with strategists, social media teams, account managers, production, and operations to execute seamless integrated campaigns..
• Participate in client presentations and communicate creative concepts, campaign thinking, and execution rationale with clarity..
• Stay updated with emerging trends in advertising, design, storytelling, technology, digital marketing, and consumer culture..
• Mentor and develop junior creatives, building a strong creative culture and the next generation of creative leaders..
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, Senior Copywriter, Art Director, or similar role within an agency or brand marketing environment..
• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated and 360° campaigns across social media, digital, video, ATL, BTL, OOH, print, or other marketing channels..
• Strong understanding of brand building, campaign thinking, storytelling, and creative strategy..
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and team-management skills..
• Ability to interpret complex client briefs and translate them into clear, compelling creative concepts..
• Ability to think beyond individual creatives and develop big campaign ideas that can work across multiple platforms and touchpoints..
• Strong understanding of current trends in design, advertising, storytelling, social media, digital marketing, and consumer behaviour..
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously..
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred..
