Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing SAP Project Manager with extensive experience driving end-to-end Greenfield SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of managing multi-stream SAP projects in parallel across core functional and technical modules (FICO, MM, SD, EWM, SCM, ABAP) from planning through go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Lead greenfield SAP projects from initiation, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, through go-live and hypercare.
Multi-Module Orchestration: Manage parallel workstreams across 3–4+ SAP modules (such as FICO, MM, SD, EWM, SCM, ABAP) to ensure cross-functional alignment and integration.
Project Governance: Plan and monitor project baselines, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and critical path dependencies.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and functional escalations.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business stakeholders, functional/technical leads, and third-party vendors.
Reporting: Deliver concise, data-driven status updates, risk logs, and progress metrics to senior management.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 8–9+ years of core SAP Project Management experience.
Implementation Track Record: Mandatory experience driving end-to-end Greenfield SAP implementation projects.
Module Exposure: Proven hands-on management across 3–4 SAP modules simultaneously (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, EWM, SCM).
Methodologies: Thorough understanding of SAP implementation lifecycles (e.g., SAP Activate / ASAP) and Agile project delivery practices.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, project planning, and executive communication skills.
Mandatory Candidate Prerequisites
Must be currently located in Hyderabad.
Must be available to attend a Face-to-Face (F2F) interview.
Must be able to join within 2 weeks (Immediate joiners strongly preferred).
