Role Description The Sr Developer role at AppZime Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, focused on delivering high-quality software solutions for client and internal projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices. The Sr Developer will contribute to architecture decisions, optimize performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and support integration with existing enterprise systems. This role also involves mentoring junior developers, participating in technical discussions, and continuously improving development workflows and standards.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in backend or full stack development (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, or similar) and experience with modern frameworks.
Hands-on experience with frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue) and responsive UI development.
Solid understanding of databases and data handling (e.g., SQL/NoSQL, query optimization, data modeling, and integration).
Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and version control with Git).
Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures, including microservices and API-driven systems.
Strong problem-solving skills, debugging abilities, and familiarity with performance monitoring and optimization tools.
Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, mentor others, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working in enterprise or product-based environments and exposure to AI, data engineering, or specialized tech domains is an advantage.
