💼 Experience: 8+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Lead to lead data engineering initiatives for a large-scale enterprise analytics platform.
Key Skills Required:
Strong experience in AWS data services
Hands-on experience with AWS Glue or EMR
Strong proficiency in PySpark/Python and SQL
Experience with AWS Redshift, Aurora PostgreSQL, and ETL pipelines
Apache Airflow, Kafka, and data pipeline optimization
Team leadership and production support experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of data engineers
Manage and optimize large-scale ETL pipelines
Handle production incidents and SLA-driven enhancements
Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders
✅ Mandatory: AWS + hands-on experience in Glue or EMR + PySpark/Python
✅ Candidates should be comfortable working from the Mumbai client location and supporting on-call rotations.
