Role Description The Business Development Associate – Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves identifying potential clients, supporting outreach activities, and assisting in generating new business opportunities in the IT staff augmentation and tech hiring domain. The trainee will help conduct market research, maintain and update sales pipelines, and support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and basic sales documentation. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, following up with leads, documenting interactions, and contributing to relationship-building with clients under the guidance of senior team members. The role also includes learning and applying basic negotiation, business communication, and analytical techniques to support business growth.
Qualifications
