NPD Support Coordinator (Independent Contractor)

Fairview is looking for a highly organised Category & NPD Coordinator to support our Product Development and Category Management team.
This role is focused on coordination, supplier engagement, project tracking, documentation management, reporting, and maintaining accurate product and project records. You'll work closely with suppliers, testing laboratories, and internal stakeholders to help ensure product development and category initiatives progress efficiently.
What You'll Do
✅ Coordinate with suppliers and testing laboratories
✅ Track product development projects, actions, and milestones
✅ Maintain project registers, documentation, and business records
✅ Prepare reports, meeting packs, and business case documentation
✅ Follow up on samples, quotations, testing, and stakeholder actions
✅ Support category reporting and product information management
✅ Escalate technical or commercial matters to the relevant manager
What We're Looking For
Strong written English communication skills
Experience in administration, project coordination, product support, procurement support, or virtual assistance
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
Experience in construction, manufacturing, building products, procurement, or product development is highly regarde
