Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution for Canviza Services Private Limited in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves defining the technology roadmap, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, and overseeing the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure systems and platforms. The CTO will manage and mentor technical teams, establish engineering best practices, and ensure effective project delivery across multiple initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership on business and product strategy, evaluating new technologies and vendors, setting IT governance and security standards, and monitoring performance and risk across all technology operations. The CTO will also drive innovation, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure that technology investments deliver measurable value.
Qualifications
Strong Information Technology knowledge with experience overseeing enterprise systems, infrastructure, and software development.
Proven IT Strategy and Business Strategy skills to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and growth plans.
Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination.
Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, technology evaluation, and performance measurement.
Experience in leading and scaling technology teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Deep understanding of modern architectures (e.g., cloud, microservices, APIs), cybersecurity practices, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; executive-level experience in a technology leadership role is highly preferred.
