Product Manager

Role Description The Product Manager role at Canviza Services Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Product Manager will define product vision and strategy, translate business goals into clear product roadmaps, and prioritize features based on customer needs, market insights, and technical constraints. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, writing detailed product specifications and user stories, collaborating with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver product increments, and monitoring product performance through metrics and user feedback. The role also involves coordinating product releases, aligning cross-functional teams, supporting go-to-market activities, and continuously identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and product value.
Qualifications
Experience in product lifecycle management, including discovery, planning, execution, and iteration.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and writing clear product documentation and user stories.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver products on time.
Comfort with data analysis, product metrics, and using insights to drive decisions and prioritize features.
Familiarity with agile or other iterative development methodologies and backlog management tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA or product management certification is a plus.
Prior experience as a Product Manager or in a related role in software or technology-driven products.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Bengaluru and collaborate with diverse teams.
