About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Epicor Kinetic Developer with 8+ years of experience to take independent ownership of Epicor Kinetic customization, integrations, reporting, data migration, enhancements, and upgrade-related workstreams.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic development and be comfortable working independently with client SMEs to understand requirements, resolve issues, conduct demos, and provide training support.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage Epicor Kinetic customization and development activities.
Design and develop BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, Trackers, and SSRS reports.
Develop and integrate REST APIs and other system integrations.
Work on data migration, upgrade retrofits, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
Understand Epicor data structures and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Prepare technical designs, customization components, migration scripts/templates, and deployment documentation.
Collaborate directly with client SMEs for requirement clarification, demonstrations, issue resolution, and training support.
Required Skills
8+ years of relevant experience in Epicor Kinetic / Epicor ERP development.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Epicor Kinetic / Epicor ERP
Application Studio
BAQ design and optimization
BPM design and development
Dashboard and Tracker development
SSRS Report development
REST API integration
C# and LINQ
.NET Framework / .NET Core
JavaScript
SQL Server and T-SQL
Epicor data model
Data migration
Upgrade retrofit and troubleshooting
