Teacher Quality Assurance Intern

BrightCHAMPS is looking for a proactive Teacher Quality Assurance Intern to help identify student attendance issues, analyse class drop-offs, and improve the quality of live learning sessions.

Tenure: 6 months
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for student drop-offs and missed sessions.
Track attendance patterns across teachers, time slots, and student groups.
Maintain accurate reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with teachers, academic counsellors, and operations teams.
Identify recurring issues and support student retention initiatives.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to meet daily deadlines and manage reports.
Interest in EdTech, education, or Quality Assurance.
