Employment Type: Full-Time Internship
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Teacher Quality Assurance Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. The role involves monitoring live class attendance, investigating student drop-offs and missed sessions, and identifying patterns to improve class quality and student retention.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily root cause analysis (RCA) of student drop-offs during live sessions.
Investigate and document reasons for students missing scheduled classes.
Identify attendance trends across teachers, time slots, and student cohorts.
Maintain accurate records and daily reports of RCA findings.
Escalate recurring or high-impact issues to the QA and Operations teams.
Coordinate with teachers, academic counsellors, and operations teams to investigate attendance-related issues.
Support the development of data-driven strategies to improve session quality and student retention.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
Prior experience or an interest in EdTech, education, or quality assurance will be an added advantage.
