Hiring: Product Engineer (Full Stack – React.js & Java)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Engineer with strong React.js and System Design expertise and solid Java/Spring Boot backend skills to build scalable, high-performance products and own features end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable applications with a focus on React.js, frontend architecture, and system design.
Build reusable, responsive, and high-performance UI components.
Develop backend services, REST APIs, and business logic using Java and Spring Boot.
Own features from design and development to testing, deployment, and production support.
Build real-time voice and chat experiences using WebSockets/WebRTC where applicable.
Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes, and monitor performance with Grafana and observability tools.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and QA teams on architecture, code reviews, and product improvements.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Full-Stack, Product, or Software Engineer.
Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, frontend architecture, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, distributed systems, APIs, concurrency, caching, and reliability.
Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and database integration.
Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, automated testing, debugging, and production support.
Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with real-time applications, WebSockets, or WebRTC.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
Experience with Grafana, monitoring, and production observability.
