Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Java/Spring Boot, and System Design to build scalable, high-performance applications and own features end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-performance applications using React.js and Java/Spring Boot.
Design scalable systems with a focus on performance and distributed architecture.
Own features end-to-end, from development and testing to deployment and production support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve architecture and code quality.
Requirements & Preferred Skills
Strong hands-on experience with React.js, frontend architecture, reusable components, and performance optimization.
Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and backend service development.
Strong understanding of System Design, scalability, distributed systems, concurrency, caching, and system reliability.
Experience with database integration, software architecture, design patterns, automated testing, debugging, and production support.
Familiarity with WebSockets/WebRTC and real-time application development.
Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
Experience with Grafana, monitoring, and observability tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and end-to-end feature ownership skills.
