Job Description:
1. Financial Planning & Reporting:
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to the management team.
Present monthly and annual reports on financial performance.
2. Automation & Process Management:
Lead the automation of accounting systems and processes for efficiency.
Oversee all accounting operations, including receivables, payables, and cash flow management.
3. Compliance & Controls:
Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP/Ind AS and tax regulations.
Implement strong internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
4. Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor the finance & accounts team.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve profitability.
Desired Skills:·
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com); MBA Finance
Experience: 10+ years in finance & accounts roles, preferably in logistics or transportation.·
Skills: Expertise in accounting software, financial automation, and strong analytical abilities.
