Graphic Designer

About the role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will develop visually compelling designs that communicate ideas, strengthen brand identity, and support marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online ads
Design print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and brand collateral
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality designs
Prepare final design files for publishing
Conceptualize and present creative ideas. Edit and improve existing assets to align with current branding and marketing strategies
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Ability to take constructive feedback and turn it into effective design solutions
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing
Knowledge of UI/UX principles
Photography or illustration skills
Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS
Added Skills: Canva, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
