About the Role
We're looking for a Web Developer Intern with 0-1 year of experience. If you have a knack for learning new tech stacks and want hands-on experience building client-facing web pages and GitHub projects, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Write clean, quality code to build products that scale
- Build and ship client web pages and applications using JavaScript, React, and Next.js
- Create GitHub projects and sample repos based on client requirements
- Develop, implement, and test APIs and SDKs
- Detect, debug, and resolve issues across the stack
- Deploy and manage projects on Vercel, with an eye on performance and reliability
- Build and use Claude Skills, MCP servers, and agentic coding workflows, with a working understanding of how these systems orchestrate tools, context, and outputs behind the scenes
- Use Git for version control and collaborative development
- Contribute to internal tools and ship features alongside the team
- Write clear technical documentation (READMEs, setup guides) for everything you build
- Work with the team to troubleshoot real-world customer and partner issues
- Share your input on software architecture and development decisions
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency or strong foundational knowledge of JavaScript, React, and Next.js
- Experience working with APIs, and comfort with relational or non-relational databases
- Comfort with Git and GitHub workflows (branches, PRs, issues)
- Familiarity with deployment tools like Vercel and GitHub Actions
- Sharp debugging skills: you trace an issue to its root cause instead of just patching symptoms
- Practical exposure to Claude Skills, MCP tools, or agentic AI workflows, and an understanding of why they behave the way they do, not just how to prompt them
- Ability to write clear and effective technical documentation
- A high-ownership mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience deploying on Vercel or similar platforms
- Familiarity with agentic AI tools (Claude Code, MCP servers, Cursor, or similar), with genuine curiosity about how orchestration, tool-calling, and context management work
Bonus Points
- You've built and shipped your own side projects, not just tutorials or bootcamp work
- You've experimented with agentic coding tools beyond basic prompting
- You enjoy following the latest trends in AI, dev tools, and engineering workflows
