Role: Lead Clinical Database Programmer
Domain: Life Sciences
Experience: 4+ Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech or Equivalent
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in Medidata Rave (Study Setup & Custom Functions)
Clinical Database Programming experience in EDC environments
Post-production database changes, migrations, and issue resolution
Root cause analysis and troubleshooting of database issues
Exposure to RTSM, CTSM, TSDV, Coder, eCOA, Lab Integration, and Cloud Administration
Team leadership, mentoring, and work allocation experience
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain clinical databases in Medidata Rave
Perform study setup, custom function programming, and database migrations
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in EDC databases
Lead database programming activities and ensure quality delivery
Mentor junior programmers and drive best practices adoption
Coordinate project kick-offs, resource planning, and quality assessments
