The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, modern HR Generalist / People Lead to partner directly with founding leadership and shape our talent and culture strategy from the ground up.
This is not a traditional administrative or policy-enforcing role. You will have full autonomy to build our zero-to-one people strategy, leverage modern AI recruitment stack, and foster an environment where top talent thrives.
Key Responsibilities:
Build the AI Talent Engine: Modernize our sourcing and recruitment stack using AI tools to find, engage, and hire top engineering and business talent quickly.
Design Culture & Performance Frameworks: Create simple, high-impact performance evaluation and feedback loops focused on outcomes, ownership, and continuous growth.
Strategic Leadership Partnering: Act as a true advisor to founders and team leads on org design, talent retention, employee experience, and team scaling.
People Operations & Automation: Streamline core HR ops, onboarding, and compliance by automating repetitive admin workflows so you can focus on real human connections.
Requirements & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or People Ops (startup or fast-growing tech company experience preferred).
AI-First Mindset: Strong curiosity or hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, custom prompts, automated recruitment workflows) to save time and eliminate repetitive administrative work.
Strong Empathy & Communication: High emotional intelligence, courage to speak up, and clear, authentic communication.
Problem Solver: Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and build processes from scratch without relying on rigid corporate playbooks.
