Job Description:
Manager – Merchandising
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end merchandising for key international buyer accounts from development to shipment.
Manage commercial negotiations, costing, capacity planning, and order execution.
Develop and strengthen relationships with international buyers to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time deliveries.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing merchandising team.
Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and profitability across accounts.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
Mandatory: 9–13 years of experience in an apparel export house with proven expertise in handling international buyer accounts and leading merchandising teams.
