About the Opportunity:
The INFORMATION SECURITY PRINCIPAL ENGINEER is responsible for leading and managing information security processes and procedures to protect the organization’s information systems. This role provides technical leadership, architectural guidance, and oversight for security tools administration across global sites. It supports fraud detection and compliance efforts, assists with audits, and ensures the effectiveness of data security measures, contributing significantly to the organization's operational integrity.
Responsibilities:
Manage implementation of processes and procedures to protect information systems assets
Provide technical leadership and architectural support for information security
Own and manage configuration and administration of specific security tools
Assist Fraud & Compliance, Human Capital, and Operations with fraud detection and investigation
Support internal and external audits, including Payment Card Industry and SSAE16 audits
Report on data security effectiveness and recommend new procedures and tools
Conduct interviews and recommend additional staffing
Requirements:
Experience managing and implementing information security policies and procedures
Experience designing and developing security initiatives integrated with business processes
Experience supporting audits and managing findings to resolution
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
5-7 years of information security experience
Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks, and applications
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The anticipated salary range is 118,000 to 130,000 USD, with actual offers varying based on location, experience, education, and skills
