Role Summary
Efiko Learning is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to coordinate daily operations and support students, tutors and management. The successful candidate will help manage schedules, handle administrative and technical enquiries, maintain accurate records and ensure the smooth delivery of online learning services.
Key Responsibilities
Student and Tutor Support
Respond to student and tutor enquiries through email, chat and ticketing systems.
Assist with registration, onboarding, scheduling and account-related issues.
Provide basic technical guidance on using the learning platform.
Scheduling and Coordination
Manage class bookings, cancellations and rescheduling.
Match tutors with students based on learning needs and tutor availability.
Maintain calendars and send class reminders.
Data and Document Management
Maintain student records, tutor files and course materials.
Ensure accurate data entry and secure information storage.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets and other administrative documents.
Platform Operations
Monitor the platform for errors, incomplete tasks and missing content.
Work with the technical team to support platform functionality and readiness.
Communication and Customer Service
Prepare and send announcements, newsletters and follow-up emails.
Handle feedback, complaints and escalations professionally.
Maintain high customer service standards across all interactions.
Administrative Support
Assist with tutor recruitment and onboarding processes.
Coordinate internal meetings and prepare relevant documentation.
Quality and Compliance
Ensure compliance with platform policies, privacy standards and data protection guidelines.
Track tutor compliance with onboarding procedures and performance requirements.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable using digital tools, learning management systems (LMS) and scheduling platforms.
Ability to solve problems, manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
