About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description PYAAS is a DPIIT-recognized, FSSAI-licensed dairy startup that brings full transparency to India’s milk supply chain through farm-level traceability. Every PYAAS pack carries a QR code that reveals its complete record, including farm details, milk composition, adulteration checks, and handling timelines. The company sources milk from carefully vetted family farms in Uttar Pradesh and offers single-farm milk, family farm milk variants, and small-batch Bilona cow ghee to customers in Lucknow and across India. PYAAS operates a digital storefront for Parag dairy in select Lucknow localities and runs its services on the PYAAS app for Android and iOS, supported by the PYAAS Digital Agent Network (P-DAN). By connecting dairy brands, local farmers, and urban households, PYAAS enables trustworthy, traceable dairy at the doorstep.
Role Description This is a full-time Product Analyst role based in Noida, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The Product Analyst will gather and analyze data from the PYAAS app, operations, and customer interactions to generate insights that improve product features, user experience, and operational efficiency. The role involves partnering with product management, business, and operations teams to define metrics, track performance, and support decisions on new features, pricing, and market expansion. Day-to-day responsibilities include building dashboards and reports, conducting cohort and funnel analyses, validating hypotheses with data, and identifying opportunities for product and process improvements. The Product Analyst will also help translate complex findings into clear recommendations and communicate them to stakeholders across the company.
