Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Learning Engineer role based in Medchal. The Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and deploy machine learning models and pipelines to address complex business challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and preprocessing data, selecting appropriate algorithms, training and evaluating models, and optimizing performance for production environments. The role involves collaborating with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to integrate models into applications, monitor model performance, and iterate based on feedback and new data. The engineer will also document solutions, contribute to code reviews, and stay current with emerging machine learning tools and techniques.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and improving predictive models.
Applied knowledge of Statistics for data analysis, model evaluation, and performance measurement.
Ability to design, implement, and optimize Algorithms for machine learning and data processing tasks.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in machine learning (such as Python), and experience with ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).
Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, cross-functional team environment.
Experience with version control systems, basic software deployment practices, and documentation of technical work.
