Position Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the company's overall financial strategy, financial organizational structure, treasury management, and the execution of financial strategies. The role encompasses the development of financial systems, financial planning, budget management, capital allocation, financial analysis, team building, profitability enhancement, and international financial operations.
The CFO ensures the efficient operation of all financial functions, continuously optimizes the allocation of financial resources and capital efficiency, enhances financial transparency, operational performance, and profitability, and strengthens the company's overall financial competitiveness in the global jewelry market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy and Business Management
Formulate and implement the company's medium- to long-term financial strategies and management plans;
Establish and continuously optimize the company-wide financial management system;
Translate strategic objectives into concrete financial plans and execution initiatives;
Optimize the financial organizational structure, functional roles, and management models;
Ensure that all financial functions operate in a standardized, efficient, and effective manner.
2. Financial Planning and Resource Management
Develop the company's overall financial plan and assess the financial resources and capital required for business growth;
Establish and refine systems for annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning;
Manage capital allocation, cash flow planning, and working capital requirements;
Analyze financial trends, business costs, operational needs, and financial opportunities;
Continuously improve the efficiency of financial resource utilization, treasury management, and overall operational performance.
3. Financial Team and Management Systems
Establish and refine the financial team management system and talent development programs;
Lead the recruitment, management, training, and performance development of the financial team;
Build efficient systems for financial reporting, budget management, and internal financial control;
Optimize relationships with banks, audit firms, tax advisors, and other financial partners;
Establish an effective financial performance evaluation and management system;
Lead the financial team in executing the company's financial strategies and key operational initiatives. 4. Financial Performance and Profitability Management
Establish financial goals, performance indicators, and financial performance management systems;
Formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and financial targets;
Analyze financial statements, operational data, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
Optimize cost structures, capital utilization, profit management, and the allocation of financial resources across business units;
Enhance the efficiency of cash flow management, cost control, and capital utilization, as well as overall profitability;
Drive continuous improvement in overall financial performance, revenue quality, and operating profit.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration and Business Support
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, procurement, supply chain, production, customer service, and other departments;
Establish efficient cross-functional financial collaboration processes;
Ensure financial goals align with the company's overall business strategy;
Work with internal teams to continuously optimize cost structures, budget arrangements, and resource allocation based on market and operational needs;
Drive the successful implementation of key business initiatives, strategic projects, and major financial measures;
Provide financial planning, funding support, and decision-making advice for new market entry, product launches, and international business expansion.
6. Financial Risk and Compliance Management
Identify potential risks in financial operations, treasury management, tax handling, and business partnerships;
Establish mechanisms for financial risk monitoring, early warning, and emergency management;
Ensure financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, accounting standards, and industry norms;
Strengthen financial reporting, contract payments, treasury management, and internal financial controls;
Standardize procedures for financial approvals, accounting, and the use of funds;
Ensure sustainable, stable, and compliant growth for the company's financial operations. Qualifications
18–20 years of experience in financial management, corporate finance, financial planning, or related fields;
Over 8 years of experience in senior management roles at the Director level or above;
Experience in financial leadership within large enterprises or multinational corporations;
Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred;
Experience in international financial management, financial support for cross-border operations, or multi-regional financial operations is a plus;
Established network of relationships with banks, audit firms, tax advisors, and other financial partners;
Exceptional capabilities in financial strategic planning, budget management, treasury management, team leadership, and execution;
Outstanding financial analysis, business acumen, cost management, and financial decision-making skills;
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
