Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager with 1–1.5 years of experience to manage social media accounts, develop engaging content strategies, and build a strong online presence for our clients. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content planning, audience engagement, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity.
● Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars for multiple clients.
● Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce engaging creatives, reels, carousels, and posts.
● Write compelling captions, post copy, and creative briefs for social media content.
● Research trending topics, formats, audio, and content ideas relevant to different industries.
● Manage and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
● Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and overall account activity.
● Track social media performance using platform insights and analytics.
● Prepare monthly performance reports with key metrics, observations, and recommendations.
● Stay updated with platform changes, social media trends, and industry best practices.
● Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and content delivery.
Requirements
● 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
● Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms.
● Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging captions and social media content.
● Understanding of content calendars, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
● Ability to research trends and convert them into relevant content ideas.
● Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● A creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency in brand communication.
Preferred Skills
● Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
● Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
● Understanding of reels, short-form video content, and platform-specific content formats.
● Basic knowledge of social media growth strategies and performance metrics.
● Experience working with a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts.
