Role Description The Vice President of Global Project Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery across multiple regions. This position leads global project operations, ensuring consistent execution standards, on-time delivery, and high-quality results for wrapping projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing project planning and execution, optimizing operations and workflows, coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams, and managing project budgets and timelines. The vice president will develop and implement operational strategies, monitor performance metrics, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth. The role also includes building and mentoring high-performing project teams, standardizing best practices, and identifying tools and processes that enhance efficiency and client experience.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and Operational Excellence, with a track record of improving processes and performance.
Strong background in Supply Chain Management, including vendor coordination, logistics oversight, and resource optimization.
Proven experience in Strategic Planning, with the ability to align project operations with broader business goals and global expansion plans.
Advanced Project Management skills, including managing complex, multi-site initiatives, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
Experience in leading distributed or remote teams, with strong people management, coaching, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, supported by proficiency in project and operations management tools.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present operational plans and performance insights to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
Background in interior solutions, construction, fit-out, or related industries is beneficial, particularly in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
