Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to improve employer visibility and candidate engagement.
Promote workplace culture, employee achievements, hiring initiatives, and company milestones.
3. Website Management & SEO
Take complete ownership of company websites across different business entities.
Manage website content, updates, landing pages, design improvements, and performance optimization.
Drive technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and organic traffic growth.
Coordinate website development, maintenance, security, and integrations with technical teams.
Improve website conversion rates, user experience, and lead generation.
Manage WordPress or other CMS platforms.
4. Social Media & Corporate Branding
Manage corporate social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Build content calendars and execute brand awareness campaigns.
Create compelling corporate content, thought leadership posts, videos, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Maintain consistent brand positioning across all entities.
Promote company services, capabilities, achievements, partnerships, and events.
5. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns.
Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and paid media campaigns.
Implement email marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing workflows.
Optimize campaign performance based on ROI, CPL, conversion rates, and qualified pipeline contribution.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support revenue growth.
6. Content Marketing & Digital Presence

Coordinate with designers, content writers, SEO specialists, and developers.
Drive organic visibility through search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and communication across all digital channels.
7. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, SEO rankings, and social media engagement.
Work with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
Present weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Required Skills
8–12+ years of digital marketing experience, including team leadership.
Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and employer branding.
Proven experience managing multiple brands, business units, or company entities.
Hands-on experience with website management and CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation.
Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, and marketing automation tools.

Comfortable working during US Eastern Time business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT services, AI, technology consulting, staffing, recruitment, or professional services.
Experience managing US-focused marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI marketing tools.
Experience building marketing teams and processes from the ground up.
Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable growth in brand visibility, employer branding, website traffic, and qualified leads.
What We Expect
We need a marketing leader who takes end-to-end ownership, not someone who only coordinates campaigns.
The selected candidate should be capable of managing the digital marketing ecosystem, mentoring the team, building a strong employer brand, maintaining company websites, and delivering measurable business growth.
Success will be measured by: Brand visibility, website performance, employer branding impact, qualified lead generation, campaign ROI, and team development.
