Tech Stack: Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), PeopleSoft, Oracle CC&B, Oracle Siebel, Oracle Hyperion, Functional Configuration, Technical Development, RICE, Oracle Applications DBA.
Role
Lead consulting, solution design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle applications across enterprise clients. Drive business process improvements, manage project teams, and deliver functional and technical solutions aligned with client requirements.
Required
Bachelor's degree.
7+ years of experience in Oracle applications consulting, implementation, or solution delivery.
Strong knowledge of Oracle application platforms, including Fusion, EBS, PeopleSoft, CC&B, Siebel, or Hyperion.
Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
Proven team leadership, mentoring, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and recommend effective solutions.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred
Hands-on experience in one or more Oracle application modules.
Experience in functional configuration and/or technical development.
Strong understanding of RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) design and development.
Experience with Oracle Applications Database Administration (DBA).
Client relationship management, project planning, resource allocation, and delivery management experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality client solutions.
