About The Role
Studio Orion is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to drive demand generation in the luxury residential segment. The role involves building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and project managers to identify upcoming residential projects and generate qualified leads for the flagship store.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect upcoming luxury residential projects through market research, networking, and field visits.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and project managers.
Understand project pipelines, furnishing requirements, design preferences, and client timelines.
Develop territory-specific demand generation strategies to expand market coverage.
Plan networking sessions, collaborative events, and engagement activities with key industry stakeholders.
Lead and mentor a team of two Business Development Executives to achieve demand generation targets.
Generate qualified leads and coordinate client visits to the flagship store.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, project pipelines, client interactions, and store visits in the CRM.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging luxury residential project locations.
Track team performance and provide regular updates on pipeline progress and business development activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in field-based business development, preferably in luxury residential interiors, home furnishings, building materials, or related industries.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with architects, interior designers, developers, or project managers.
Ability to identify upcoming residential projects and generate qualified business opportunities.
Experience in territory management, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, or coordinate a business development team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Comfortable with extensive field visits and meeting weekly engagement targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline tracking.

Minimum of five field meetings per person per week.
