We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer to support and execute paid marketing campaigns for our real estate projects.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta & YouTube
Generate quality leads and improve CPL & CPQL
Monitor campaign performance, budgets and conversions
Manage remarketing, audience targeting & A/B testing
Track leads through CRM and digital analytics
Prepare campaign reports and identify optimization opportunities
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Creative & Marketing teams
Support landing-page and creative performance optimization
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 3–5 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
Have strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
Have experience in Real Estate / Lead Generation / High-ticket products
Are comfortable with GA4, GTM, CRM & campaign analytics
Have a strong analytical and result-oriented approach
