Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Plant Head to independently manage a ₹100 crore+ manufacturing plant, overseeing production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, plant administration, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end plant operations, production planning, and dispatch.
Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO, 5S, and cost optimization.
Handle manpower, contract labor, trade unions, and industrial relations.
Ensure statutory, labor, environmental, and safety compliance.
Manage vendors, raw materials, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
Monitor plant KPIs, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Must-Have Skills:
15+ years in electrical hardware manufacturing.
Experience independently managing a ₹100 crore+ plant.
Strong expertise in production, plant operations, and cost control.
Proven experience in union handling, labor relations, and statutory compliance.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
