Role Description As an Estonia Online Language School Franchise Partner, you will oversee the development and growth of Lingua Learn’s presence in Estonia through a contract-based, remote arrangement. Your day-to-day activities will include managing local marketing and sales initiatives, building relationships with individual and corporate clients, and coordinating language and training programs using Lingua Learn’s systems and materials. You will supervise and support teaching staff, ensure high-quality delivery of online courses, and adapt offerings to meet local market needs. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, handling basic administrative and operational tasks, and collaborating regularly with the Global Franchise Support Team for guidance on HR, sales, marketing, and academic matters.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear client correspondence and effective collaboration with international teams.
Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess local market opportunities and evaluate business performance.
Writing skills for local marketing content, client proposals, and professional business communication.
Training experience or the ability to oversee and support teacher and staff development.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in business development, education management, or franchise operations preferred.
Fluency in Estonian and good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Comfort with digital tools, online platforms, and remote work environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Languages, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory when supported by strong relevant experience.
