Role Description The Madagascar Online Language School Franchise Partner is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and managing Lingua Learn’s presence in Madagascar. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading local business development, promoting Lingua Learn’s language and training services, and overseeing the operational setup of the franchise using the provided e-commerce platform and CRM systems. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team on HR, marketing, sales, and administrative activities, ensuring that local strategies align with global standards. This role involves recruiting and managing teaching and support staff as needed, supervising financial performance, and maintaining high-quality service delivery for individual and corporate clients. The Franchise Partner is expected to build strong local partnerships, grow market share, and uphold Lingua Learn’s brand and values in Madagascar.
Qualifications
Franchising and Ownership skills, with the ability to manage and grow a franchise business in a local market.
Training and people development skills, including onboarding and supporting staff to deliver high-quality language and soft-skills programs.
Finance skills, with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and basic financial reporting.
Sales skills, including business development, client relationship management, and negotiation with public and corporate clients.
Strong organizational and operational management abilities in a remote, online environment.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French and/or Malagasy is an advantage.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and experience building or managing a business, preferably in education, training, or services.
Comfort with digital tools, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
