Are you creative, digitally savvy, and passionate about storytelling? Neerja Modi School is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to strengthen its digital presence, showcase campus life, and communicate the school's vision, achievements, and community spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage a content calendar covering school events, student achievements, academic milestones, and institutional initiatives.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and captions.
- Coordinate with teachers, students, school leadership, and departments to gather content and highlight school activities.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality digital content.
- Track engagement metrics, analyse performance, and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends and emerging content formats.
- Ensure brand consistency, professionalism, and appropriate child-safeguarding practices in all published content.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media management and content creation tools; Canva and video-editing skills are a plus.
- Creativity, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- *Must be currently based in Jaipur and available to work in person as required.*
