Role Description The Business Operation Intern will support daily operational activities to ensure smooth coordination across functions at Innoknowvex. This internship role is on-site and based in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include assisting with data collection and analysis for business decisions, supporting business process documentation, and helping track operational metrics and timelines. The intern will collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, contribute to reports and presentations, and support customer-facing activities where needed. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, handling basic customer service queries, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Business Operations and Business Analysis, with the ability to understand and support core processes.
Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for operational improvements.
Effective Communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and customers in a clear and professional manner.
Customer Service orientation, with the ability to respond to inquiries, provide support, and maintain a positive learner experience.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, economics, engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with data.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic, learning-focused environment.
Interest in education technology, innovation in learning, and developing real-world problem-solving capabilities.
