📋 What You’ll Do
Communicate with students through calls and messages.
Understand and resolve student queries and concerns.
Follow up on course progress and student engagement.
Motivate students to stay consistent with their learning.
Assist with basic course-related queries.
Maintain student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with academic and placement teams when required.
