About the Role
We are looking for an experienced L&D Manager to lead employee training, sales development, and performance improvement. Call Center / BPO training experience is preferred, while Agri-Input Industry experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design and conduct training programs for sales, call center, and customer support teams.
Train employees in communication, call handling, objection handling, and sales conversion.
Manage employee induction, product training, and skill development.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
Prepare training materials, assessments, and performance reports.
Monitor training effectiveness and employee productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years of relevant experience in L&D, preferably in Call Center / BPO / Inside Sales.
Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of sales training and performance management.
Experience in the Agri-Input / Agriculture Industry will be highly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
