Profile-Sales Engineer

CTC Range- upto 4-6 LPA
Working Days-Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, on-site at our Gurugram office
Key responsibilities
* Generate leads and independently prospect for new customers
* Conduct customer meetings and site visits
* Understand customer requirements and discuss technical solutions with facility and project teams
* Prepare and support proposals and commercial discussions
* Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
* Sell air quality monitoring equipment and related solutions across factories, hospitals, commercial offices, hospitality and government projects
* Travel regularly across NCR and occasionally outside NCR, approximately 50 percent of the role
Experience and requirements
* 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience
* Proven experience generating their own leads and developing accounts
* Comfortable meeting customers and conducting face to face sales discussions
* Able to understand and explain technical products clearly and independently
* Experience selling physical products such as hardware, instruments, devices or equipment
* Strong learning ability and willingness to understand a technical product and industry
Preferred, not mandatory
* Experience in HVAC, indoor air quality, air purification, filtration, BMS or instrumentation
* Engineering or other technical education
* Experience using Zoho CRM
* Based in Gurugram, although candidates willing to relocate can also be considered
