🚀 WE ARE HIRING | Sales & Business Development – Assistant Manager

📍 Location: Kolkata / Remote – Guwahati
💼 Experience: 5–10 Years
💰 Salary: ₹6.5–7.2 LPA
🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
Develop product expertise in electrical testing and measuring equipment.
Manage customer negotiations and business development activities.
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements
5–10 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
Strong understanding of electrical testing and measuring equipment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor's degree required; an electrical engineering background is preferred.
