Lead AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview
We are hiring a Lead AI/ML Engineer to build intelligent, scalable AI applications using machine learning, Generative AI, and large language models.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and operationalize AI/ML solutions for business requirements.
Build LLM applications using RAG, NLP, and deep learning techniques.
Create ML models and pipelines using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
Implement semantic search using FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.
Utilize LangChain or LlamaIndex for AI application development.
Deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Develop data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools, Apache Spark, and cloud data services.
Monitor model performance and optimize production workloads.
Required Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of AI/ML development experience.
Strong Python, cloud deployment, data engineering, and problem-solving skills.
Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and scalable data platforms.
